Buying in bebic.es is simple. You only have to follow the following steps:

  • Displays the product/s you are interested in. Through a click will get an extension of the information about the item you’re interested: description, colors, images, availability, etc.
  • Select what you like and add to cart.
  • When you have completed your purchase you will process the order by clicking on “My Cart” (you can also access it at any time to view detail stuff). To process your order you must be registered on the web or use a previous record.
  • Select a method of payment (payment by credit card or Paypal), check your shopping cart, make sure your data is correct and press CONFIRM.
  • You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway or Paypal, depending on the method of payment. When payment is completed successfully, you will receive an email confirming your order with details of your bill. If you do not receive it, is that your order has not been completed successfully or you entered wrong data in the registration email. In any case, you can contact us at info@bebic.es.
  • In case you want to get invoice for a company, just check the option of “enterprise” in personal and fiscal data.

  • Create your account in bebic.es. You must fill in the data for your personal information and shipping information.
  • You must enter a username and password. If you ever forget your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Provide your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions to follow.

  • You can sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on latest news, discounts, promotions, events, etc.
  • Also in this section you can unsubscribe easily at any time by filling out and clicking “send”.

  • Orders will be shipped via MRW in delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
  • For Spain and Portugal, the standard shipping is 4.95€.
  • For Balearic Islands, the standard shipping is 6.95€.
  • For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the standard shipping is 10.00€.
  • Sending orders over € 70 will be free for Spain, Portugal, and Balearic Islands.
  • You can follow the status of your order you by clicking in “My Account”.
  • In the case of countries where the consignment can be susceptible to go through customs, you will be required to pay these customs charges to receive your package, and in no case it will be responsibility of bebic.es.
  • For overseas shipping cost for packages weighing between 0 and 2 kg the rates are the following: Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, UK, Czech Republic, and Switzerland) 18€; Europe (Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden) 28€; USA and Canada 35€; and South America 47€.
  • For overseas shipping cost for packages weighing > 2 kg, please contact us at info@bebic.es
  • MRW will send you an email or SMS to inform you of the status of the shipment (delivery notice and notices about events).
  • On delivery, there are included 2 delivery attempts (first delivery attempt the next day, second delivery attempt after agreed delivery).
  • Shipments not delivered shall be deposited at MRW office for 15 days pending collection, previous notice. After this period, it will be returned to the source.

  • You can pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express) using Paypal as POS, and Paypal.
  • Your purchase is secure because your data is transmitted in encrypted form using SSL Paypal as payment platform.

  • In case you want to make an exchange or refund, you must contact us through the “contact form”. Once you do this, we will tell you at which direction you should send the item you want to return.
  • If the return is made ​​for reasons not attributable to Bebic, you will have to bear the costs generated by this return. No considered faults are: changes in size, color or other characteristics that are due to a change of the client or customer error at the time of ordering.
  • If the return of the goods is due to a defect in the item received or wrong product, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours at the following email address: info@bebic.es, indicating the error or defect along with your personal data. In this case, it will be Bebic who defray shipping. The refund or replacement item will be made as soon as possible.
  • The deadline for the return and send report is 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • You can only make returns by mail/courier, so we recommend you sending always a system to certify delivery (certified or return receipt) for your security. We will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected shipments of any product you want to restore. Not accept returns sent freight. An alternative is to use the services of MRW for returns or exchanges (6.95€).
  • After checking that the return complies with all the terms of our return and exchange policy, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount is credited to your account within days. Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank and may take several days to become effective. Bebic is given a period within up to 72 hours for such verification.
  • Once approved the refund, you will receive the amount in the same manner in which you made your purchase.
  • If the amount of the return was incorrect, you must contact us through our “Contact Form”. We will try to correct the error as soon as possible.
  • Bebic.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.
